My name is Sanjive Sagar, I’m from Pakistan. I’m currently studying in diploma of Information Technology leading to bachelor of Information Technology. According to skill audit summary my key skills include engaging with people, sharing problems and tend to be helpful. i love projects, leading and influencing people, managing, organising and planning. These all above skills match to ICT manager position as I’m interested in ICT manager position cause it’s match my skills. ICT manager is responsible for the following task formulating and directing information, policies and plans. Directing ICT operations and setting priorities between system developments, maintenaces and operations. I’m always interested in such positions where directing and managment are main role as I love to be head of staffs.

According to skill Audit my key skills include adaptability, decision making, building relationship, leadership, self management, planning and organising and project management. In all above mentioned skills which i enjoyed most and i have strong ability. These all above skills are required my ICT management position but there are some skills which i have to built during my studies by conducting workshops, internships and part-time jobs. Critical thinking is hard skill which is required by ICT manager position and i have moderate ability in critical thinking.
